Compassion

I was walking downtown just now on my way to Crepeville for dinner. On the corner there was this afro-haired man standing and asking people to write down in his journal what their ideas of compassion are. I wrote something down and then proceeded to ask him why he was doing this? His response was that it wasn't for a class, but to promote awareness of compassion. I thought that was admirable and cool.
